Been doing a heap of flight plans and filling up airports, however I have been filling up Honolulu Airport plenty of flights coming in and that's great but the one thing I have noticed and mainly with Honolulu is that planes parking at of stands or in the cargo area with a lot of empty gates, so how do you get the jets to park at the gates and not down near where the military Aircraft park?

Darren,

you need to check that the parking spots, for the Gates you want your AI to park at, are coded with the required airline codes. This can be done using a program like ADE. If your Honolulu airport layout is the one that comes with Traffic X, it probably has some codes but not the ones for airlines that you may have added.
[Have just checked this and there are loads of pre-coded parking spots at the AFX_PHNL.bgl layout supplied in TX]
You also need to check that the aircraft.cfg files for your aircraft contain the correct parking codes - a lot of the supplied TX aircraft had missing or wrong codes.
