hi guys
Trying to re download my copy of ChrisTrains NS IRM 'Regiorunner
but it gets to the end and says  

christrains_ns_virm_4.0.0.exe contained a virus and was deleted

can you help me please

Your virus checker is blocking the file. usually Norton or AVG/Bullguard are the culprits here. Turn off the AV software and re-download.
