Im sorry to bring this up again, as I'm sure it has been before.

I have a new install of the  http://forum.justflight.com/forum_topics.asp?FID=67&title=pa28r-arrow-turbo-arrow-iii-iv-and-warrior-ii" rel="nofollow - PA-28R Arrow/Turbo Arrow III/IV  , activated. The issue I've encountered is that when I'm manually starting the plane from cold/dark, the avionics panel does not come on when the battery switch is turned on. I've tried to manually start them one by one as well-with the battery on, but that doesn't work either.

However, if I choose to start the plane via the menu panel (lightning bolt icon) everything is on, lit up, and working properly.

I have read the manual and it appears that I'm doing the right things.

What step am I missing?
