Hi,

Page 33 of the F27 Manual refers to de-icing controls and says that "It will give you something to play with on long trips!", and two screenshots are also shown.  I cannot see any way to get into these panels - how are they accessed?

Tony

The panel is the right-most one in the co-pilot's side wall.
There is no predefined view for it, you have to turn your head to see it.

Thanks Thomas,

Yes I found it now but am unable to see it in the view shown on page 33 of the manual, so it doesn't look practical to use.  I was really just curious as I thought I might have been missing a panel on my installation!

There are various add-ons that allow free movement inside the virtual cockpit and storing certain positions. I'm using EZdok Camera 2 for that.

Hi Thomas,

Does  EZdok Camera 2 allow you to view the aircraft from various different locations, e,g, from end of runway, 200 feet up etc.?  I did have an add-on that did that (Easy Camera I think) but for some reason got rid of it.

End of runway: Yes, but that is a bit cumbersome, you need to manually position the camera to the end of the runway. You can save this position, but you have to do it for every runway you want.
200 feet up: Yes, that's easily possible.
But I use it mostly for internal views.
