I just installed the bundle pack with III, III/IV Turbo versions and the Panel Selector will not open.

The arrow is there and when I click it with the mouse, it appears for a split second and then disappears, it will not stay open
. 
Has anyone else had this issue?

I have re-downloaded and reinstalled to no avail. 

Please help, thanks

Just a quick note.

I have already made a support ticket, just curious if this might be a simple fix that someone might have dealt with already and know about on the forum.
