Yup, the Eiffel Tower Scenery is VFR France, the Lights are Taburet. But in fairness to Taburet, it might conceivably be a copyright issue; it's illegal to reproduce depictions of the Eiffel Tower lit up at night owing to the laws in France concerning copyright.
