Knocked this one up quickly to demonstrate the frame rates in P3D v4.1 with a payware airport (UK2000 EGCC and EGGP), AI traffic on, Active Sky and the all the options sliders on highest settings, also UTX Europe 2 and TerraFlora in there as well:
