1. Is the VREF speed card which is on the Captains panel top right hand side functional? If so how is it activated? Does it change the speed bugs on the ASI? I note changing the bug settings there is no change on this card. 

2 WX RADAR is there a way to integrate an addon WX Radar into the Panel? I can add the radar (Capt Sim WX Radar Unit) as a 2D popup but there is no guidance as to whether this can be integrated into the panel and the panel config file indicates that the gauges are incorporated into the MDL file which means I cannot alter or add in via a Gauge entry into the Panel CFG file. Advice and assistance appreciated.
