Does anyone know of any repaints available for the JF Hunter FGA9?

I've searched the net but can only find repaints for Dave Garwood's, Alphasim and Virtavia.

Would love a repaint for any of 229 OCU/1 TWU or 45 Squadron, I'm too long in the tooth to start learning how to do repaints myself!

Well, a month down the line and not a single response from the many Hunter re-painters out there!

Perhaps its because there is no demand for Hunter repaints due to its age like me, I worked on them as a Propulsion technician in the 70's in the RAF and I suspect that many young flight simmers today haven't seen Hunters flying. Oh well, I,ll have to stick with the Tengah ans Khormaksar FGA9s as they are.

It's a bit surprising considering how many are available for the Alpha and DG Hunters. I'd have a go myself but I fear my artistic talents are akin to that of an untrained gorilla. Perhaps the lads will come up with a few more marks like the F4 and Trainer variants.

I think I can do a 229 OCU paint, it takes some time to come to grips with the complex JF paintkit. Early WIP of the base with late 70's roundels:

Thank you for your offer Hank, much appreciated.

I tried having a go at repainting myself but got a bit confused with all the conversions involved using Photoshop, you can't teach an old dog new tricks as they say!

Any version of 229 OCU would be fine for the FGA9, I served at Chivenor during the mid 60' until 1972 before joining 45 Sqdn at RAF Wittering, happy days with the North Devon Air Force me handsome
