Hi,

I posted before on the DC-8 fuelsystem and I have now the new P3Dv4 version of the DC8.
It is certainly improved over previous versions,no doubt ,but the fuel system keeps bothering me.
I noticed irregulatities in flight and decided to do a ground experiment.
I set up the DC8-73 with fuel in only main tanks 2 and 3.I had those half filled.the fuel selectors
were on main,only the nr2 and nr3 boost pumps were on,all fill valves and crossfeeds were closed
I then started the nr2 and the nr3 engines.I then noticed that only the nr3 main fuel tank was
emptying and the nr2 main fuel tank remained full.No fuel from nr3 could have gone to nr2,because of 
the setup,yet the nr2 engine kept running on no fuel!
Can any of you replicate this?Can anyone explain this to me?
