Go to the root folder of FSX or P3D and it's in the 'Just Flight' folder

You really must be struggling:

Windows start menu - Just Flight - DHC-3 Otter Operations Manual

Absolutely no need to go delving into files and folders. This has been consistent with almost every JF product for the last decade at least.
