Shift+E+3 does not work to open the cargo door when these keys pressed just get same action as Shift+E , cockpit pilot door operates, in my p3dv4 sim. Anyone else having this issue?? And might know a work around to open and close it??

I can't reproduce this issue and neither can our testers. 

Is shift+E+2 opening the co-pilot door OK?

In my experience, in FSX SE cargo door opens by pressing CTRL+E, and after, separatedly, 3 -for cargo door- or 2 -for copilot door.
