Am I right in thinking that the GR1's artificial horizon on the HUD is not quite right? Or is there some reason why it would not be the case that it levels with the real horizon? Thanks Neil |

The VERT DATUM knob on the HUD panel just below the actual HUD can be used to adjust the HUD's vertical position. It is more of a reference, the HUD, rather than an actual position indicator - this is also the reason why the aircraft vector does not move laterally. Hope this helps, Max -------------
