Hi Running new 3D v3.5 and trying to get 360 to work

Due to my C drive being an SSD , i put most of my flight sim on the 3TB "E'" drive,  when i come to install 360 , it says no flight sim found ..??

How do i direct 360 to the 3D flight sim.

I don't think it will find P3D as it's a fsx product.
