Now that there is a pop up gps, is there a way/switch to make the aircraft follow a flight plan loaded in the gps?

Short anwser is NO

The GPS is later added on request of a lot of people .

So the defelopers onley added a shortcut link to call the GPS and they did not link it to the autopilot .

So there is not a needed GPS/VOR switch to make the autopilot follow the GPS flightplan .
