It is strange that some pilots have perfectly good FPS with this aircraft while turning or banking, and others, like me, have sigficant drop in FPS. Thanks to Joeflyer, we know it is the HSI Gauge causing the issue. This was identified in Sept/14 with no fix yet. But why some and not all. I have a AMD processor, with a Nvidia Card. Those who have good FPS with this aircraft, are you using a different processor or video card? Thanks Bob

Yes it's strange and I don't have any reply by JF(not good costumer service)...this HSI you said,it can be disabled somehow... and I use a Intel I7 2600k with Nvidia 660ti.

Bossmiranda, I suggest you look into "Frame rate increase suggestions", in this forum on suggestions to disable HSI. Good luck. I also have a Nvidia 660 GTX and AMD8350 4GHZ CPU. Bob

Go to display settings, aircraft tab and untick high-resolution 3-D virtual cockpit. Worked for me and I didn't see any significant change in quality.

I also have the performance mode turned on.
