hi folks, i cant seem to open this tool with the pr9!? any ideas? thanks, carlo

Several others on SOH and myself have this issue too. The executable crashes when I try to launch it, Windows events log says : Faulting application name: Canberra_Flight_Analysis.exe, version: 1.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x5304b90a Faulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll, version: 6.1.7601.18229, time stamp: 0x51fb10c6 This happens on my desktop which has dual boot, the tool won't run on Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit and not on 64bit. I also tried it on my laptop which runs Windows 7 Enterprise 64bit and guess what, the tool runs OK. I did not bother to file a support ticket because the tool is not really a must have thing for me.

| And just to be annoying, I'm using Win7 64 bit too, but it works with no problem. JF are aware of the issue though. |

And just to add to the situation my XP Pro SP3 won't run the file either, just like the Tristar config app. |
