Here's a basic repaint I did for the Just Flight Flite A318 (sorry the screenshot is not the best quality). http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/94/d9hb.jpg/" rel="nofollow">  It's a likeness of the A318 in their own 'showroom' colours (white livery with blue 'Airbus', A318' and blue tail logo).
