How to select VHF Nav 2 radial?

I have recently purchased the download direct from Just Flight.

Though the ADF contains the ADF needle and the VHF Nav 2 needle, the HDG/ OBS knob seems to be without function, so I cannot select a radial of VHF Nav 2.

Is this intended?
Is it possible to select a radial of VHF 2 at all?

The OMI (VHF Nav 1) works satisfactory.

According to my experience, it is not possible to select a radial on the NAV2 VOR.
