hello everyone, I just bought the duchess at SIMMARKET, tested it and it's a charm (daylight testing), just like the real thing (which I had flown a couple of times last week). I found the SP1 update, downloaded it from just flight's home page and tried to install it. It's giving me a message telling me that the duchess wasn't found in my PC. Please help! * as an additional request (when you simulate an engine failure, by reducing a thrust lever to it's min pwr set (mix and condition levers at max) there's an alarm - but it's not sounding in the sim!) You may need an SP1 from Simmarket rather than one from JF. You purchased from SM and sometimes the updates are done differently. If you bought a CLS plane or a CS one from JF you`d have to wait for an SP to come through, even though CLS and CS had already had theirs. This one may be different if they`re both the identical JF product and the installers are the same. Its a Tech Support question really too as John stated, Steve -------------
