I think the first one is limited edition. It dosen't come with any other features though. |

As others pointed out, the main difference is that one is in a Tin, versus a CD/DVD case.
That pricing is ridicolous and one charges $7.99 for shipping the tin! - I saw that in Bestbuy for $24.99.
