Are there any plans to release additional (civil) add on packs fro FS9?

Do you mean in addition to the ones already released? There is a Commuter Aircraft and Jet Airliners add-on, its in the product lists, along with the 2 Military plus paks.

In addition, you can download freeware AI and add it if you wanted to and confident you could add them to your traffic.  I have added F-15's, Nimrods and L-1011's to mine.
