A Completely Different View

   I guess some of you are well aware of the widescreen view available in FSX - I wasn't!

I have had a widescreen monitor for some time and was always concerned about having the default vc view where I am virtually sitting on top of the instrument panel with some aircraft.

Having 'tweaked' the fsx.cfg file I now have a cockpit where I can see an amazing amount of the cockpit, especially in the Twin Otter where I can see all the engine instruments as well as the basic flight instruments without any panning!

For those who may not know how to do this, just go into the fsx.cfg file and under Display, change the line:

WideViewAspect=False, to WideViewAspect=True.

Not truly on topic, but adds to my enjoyment of AH!
