Keyboards 'dirtier than a toilet'

Many people eat their lunch at their computers, leaving crumbs

Some computer keyboards harbour more harmful bacteria than a toilet seat, research has suggested.

Consumer group Which? said tests at its London offices found equipment carrying bugs that could cause food poisoning.

Out of 33 keyboards swabbed, four were regarded as a potential health hazard and one harboured five times more germs than one of the office's toilet seats.

Recently on click as well; funny stuff. I just give it wiupe with the cloth after cleaning my screen.

That and I always wash my hands before coming on of course :)

Detox for me...
 
John is right in one respect, germs in the environment do give our immune systems a workout... however, the main benefit is to children when their immune systems are still developing.
 
Let them eat dirt I say.
