I can't get the Lear engines started in either of the last two missions.  I've tried Ctrl-E and a manual start...I even went through the checklist once, which has a lot of BS that you don't need.  They just won't light off...hung start would be the correct term.  Am I missing something simple?

My second question involves the trigger points that cue the next event to begin.  For example, your co-pilot tells you to taxi to the runway, and when you get there he should say "stop here while I call the tower" or something like that.  In most of the missions (the village evacuation stands out in my memory) the trigger points are way too precise.  Sometimes I have to turn on the waypoint arrows (the one that points right to the spot you should go, not just the "radar") and move back and forth around and over it to get the next event to trip.  Little stuff like that really gets annoying, especially when it happens consistently throughout most missions.  In one mission with the King Air, you taxi up to the runway and stop.  The co-pilot calls the tower, and the tower tells you to hold position because there's someone on final approach.  I've tried the mission a few times, and every time that plane never shows up, and the tower never clears me to takeoff.  So I have no choice but to end the mission.

Is there anything that can be done to improve these issues?
