ILS Problem

   Hi guys,

When I fly the 737-300 PIC, I always adjust the mb setting on the altimeter below 18,000 feet (as you get told off for being too high/low otherwise).

However, i've began to notice the ILS acting a little strange. It stays on the glideslope until the last few stages where it stops descending in time and manual control is needed from around 400ft.

Am I doing something blantently obviously wrong?

	Hi, do you have ALL the autopilots armed. as it wont work properly without ALL AP in command. Last thing have you armed the APR mode on the MCP, once LOC capture?
