Last week I was rather amazed at my pay packet from CP. A cool 19.5million.
I was waiting for this weeks' dough in order to get myself an Embraer 190 (don't like the CRJ700) mid-liner for some serious haulage at relatively low cost. But no - I get a measly 3 million! I had in the meantime also started an FSX-only company, in GB - flying around Europe and taking advantage of the nice scenery I have (FS9 really sux on general scenery), but I also only got 3 million for that! That means I have a choice of just 2 aircraft - a single seater which CP mistakes for a 3,785lb carrier and a Beech D18S, to accompany my original Turbo Beaver. I know why, though - when I was awarded the 19.5 million I'd flown 3,711nm on 9 flights. This week, although I've actually flown over a dozen tasks, because of program/pc crashes etc only 5 flights were recognised at a total 945nm. So there it is - if ya want the big spondoolies, fly da big miles! |

I think the operative parameter here is hours, not miles. Flying faster doesn't seem to help, flying longer does.
As Dree says, CP rewards burning fuel.
