Hi,
This is just a quick post to reiterate something I have been posting in a fair few of the recent Traffic X threads. If you think you have found a bug/quirk/issue or anything unusual with Traffic X then please contact the support team here: http://www.justflight.com/faqs.asp?drdProduct=182&supportProductName=Traffic%20X We actively monitor and respond to posts on the forum but in order to fully investigate what could potentially be an issue with the product, we need it to be reported in the proper way, via the support section. Reporting it this way will ensure a speedy resolution to any problems you have, where as there is no guarantee of this happening if you report it via the forum. Traffic X is a very complex program and everyone's machines are different (e.g. some people have numerous other AI programs installed). We need to collate all the information we can and regularly need to obtain files from you, this can only be done via the support section. So please, to avoid frustration on both your and our part, report any issues to us via the support section of our website.
