Eurofighter Typhoon snags.

   Chaps.

Couldnt find a sub-forum for the Eurofighter Typhoon, so posting here.

So i purchased the Eurofighter this weekend, part of the newsletter subscriber deal, and its my fav Typhoon addon i have had. (had 3 in total, not including this rendition)

I have two snags, and i couldnt find anything on the internet so far on how to resolve them, hence why i am here...

1) At altitude, when using autopilot, it will not hold a steady altitude, it pitches up and down a few degrees at a time, constantly.  up, down, up down...

Its irritating, it also affects the fuel consumption and range if im am flying long distance with it (N1 accelerates and decelerates to compensate for pitching - increasing fuel burn) Can be lived with, but a solution might be nice. 

Any form of fix for this? Known issue?

2) No contrails at altitude, this is a non-issue for me, the lack of them doesnt bother me, would be nice to have them though, any fix?

Any help would be appreciated.
