I purchased the Majestic Software Dash 8Q-400 from the JustFlight stand at Cosford 2015, and I have only just decided to install it! However, I am experiencing a problem. I have entered the DVD key and my last name, but all I get is an "ORDER NOT FOUND" message. What is that supposed to mean??
Can someone please help? I am trying to install the product (it appears to be version 1.010) in P3D v3.3.5. |

Chris youve been missing out mate the Q400 is an awesome aircraft :)
Is the 'order not found' message from Majestic when youre installing it, or when youre trying to download the installer from JF? I just reinstalled mine and had a similar issue, but I had originally purchased the pilots edition and then later the pro version. My issue was I tried to use the pilot edition code to install the pro version (duh!) so make sure its the right code that youre using :p Cheers K |

I am using the key code that is inside the DVD case. The "ORDER NOT FOUND" message appears during the installation of the software from the DVD.
