I am trying to reinstall the Hawk SP2b but instead of being asked to enter my account details for authentication, I am prompted for a keycode. I entered in my order number and pressed unlock but nothing happened. Can someone tell me if this was the right thing to enter and if so why is it not doing anything when I click unlock? Thanks |

Hi James,
You should only be prompted to enter a keycode if you are using an installer provided by a third-party retailer (e.g. SimMarket), rather than an installer from our website.
