I have a fingerprint sized red patch in the middle of my sternum... Exactly the same place for me! Get dry patches around the nostrils and in and between the eyebrow area Double E45 is perfectly safe for everyday use. It's only hydrocortisone creams that you need to limit, especially on the face and in particular around the eyes. The skin on the eyelids is very thin, usually a week or two continuous use and then E45 or any moisturizer. Cortisone is the body’s natural anti-inflammatory, hydrocortisone the synthetic equivalent. Some of the creams also contain an anti-bacterial medicine as well as hydrocortisone, to help infected eczema. ...I haven't got any itchy issues below the belt line though... I use mine more than you. |

That's friction burns not eczema - you want a different sort of ointment...
