I have a had a short discussion with Bazzar (at another forum) in regards to my cockpit being very dark during the day but fine at night with panel lighting illuminated. He suggested deleting the two "//" lines before my "light.7" entry in the .cfg file -which I have done see below.
[LIGHTS] //Types: 1=beacon, 2=strobe, 3=navigation, 4=cockpit light.0 = 3, 0.84, -48.00, 5.50, fx_navred , light.1 = 3, 0.84, 48.00, 5.50, fx_navgre , light.2 = 3, -43.29, 0.00, 1.00, fx_navwhi , light.3 = 1, -36.23, 0.00, 20.63, fx_beacon , light.4 = 1, 1.55, 0.00, -4.20, fx_beacon , light.5 = 1, -36.23, 0.00, 20.63, fx_navred , light.6 = 1, 1.55, 0.00, -4.20, fx_navred , light.7 = 4, 23.12, -1.47, 2.00, fx_vclight, light.8 = 2, 0.84, -47.83, 5.50, fx_strobe , light.9 = 2, 0.84, 47.83, 5.50, fx_strobe , light.10 = 5, 2.84, -22.63, 4.70, fx_landing , light.11 = 5, 2.84, 22.63, 4.70, fx_landing , Now the issue I have is that the cockpit during the day is great but at night the cockpit light stays on and drowns out the panel lighting!?!? Can something be done about this? Or do I have to keep adjusting the .cfg file depending on what time of the day I fly her? Cheers, Tim...

The cockpit lighting is under review for updating in the upcoming service pack.
