742/3 update problem

   Around one year ago I bought the 742/3 not directly from the Justflight site, but through Simmarket. Yesterday I bought the 742/3 update here at Justflight. When I wanted to install it, I was told that the installer cannot find the original plane in the Justflight purchasing records.
Can I send you my Simmarket purchasing details, so that the plane can be installed?
