Ive finally got T360 installed after the sound update.
It looks fine however I seem to have all the traffic duplicated according to supertrafficboard. All departing flights are going twice. Any ideas ? Graham On observation. Both get pushed back but only one of them taxis and takes off. When its taken off the duplicate disappears . . . very strange. |

Here are four possibilities I can think of:
1) Had you previously installed Traffic 360, and then maybe uninstalled it? Perhaps it didn't uninstall properly and left parts of itself behind? 2) Were you using another AI traffic program prior to getting/installing Traffic 360? For example, Traffic X? 3) Have you recently used Traffic 360 to make any changes to flight plans or to add new flight plans? In other words, have you recently used Traffic 360 and done a COMPILE of the AI flight plans? If you have, did you overwrite the AI traffic file, or did you save it as a different name thus creating a new file? Adding your own flight plans and then creating (compiling) a new AI traffic file (saving with a different name), but doing so WITHOUT first removing all the already existing flight plans, will definitely result in duplicated flights. That's because you will end up with the original file (with the original flight plans in it, AND, also, the NEWLY created and different named file, WHICH STILL HAS ALL THE ORIGINAL EXISTING FLIGHT PLANS IN IT. FSX will load BOTH files, and, thus, you will see duplicated flights. 4) Perhaps you made a COPY of the AI Traffic file? Check your "C:\...\Flight Simulator X\Scenery\World\Scenery" folder. The AI traffic files are in there. I am still using Traffic X and the AI file for that is "TrafficX.bgl". Therefore I would assume the equivalent Traffic 360 AI file would be "Traffic360.bgl"? Do you have only one copy of that file (ie, maybe you have "Traffic360.bgl" AND "Traffic360 - Copy.bgl" or "Traffic 360(2).bgl")? I hope these suggestions are of some help. If not, they'll give you a place to start and might also prompt others on here who may have other suggestions or even the answer. Good luck! |

Freddy,
You were correct. I had a previously made .bgl file by WOI that was also running. Now all well. Thanks for your informative post. Very much appreciated. Graham |
