Traffic Control Centre cannot find flightplans

   I managed to install JFT360 in P3Dv2. I manually added a simobjects line to P3D.cfg, and I have the default JFT traffic running OK.
Now I want to assign a flightplan to KALC, to get them to land at ENGM, or to be correct; first check if the FP is already there or not.

But when I open Flight Plans in the Control Centre, from the top dropdown menu, I can only choose between two entries:

-Unspecified Carrier, jf_OTHER, All

-LTU, LT, Germany

What is wrong; where do I have a missing path?

Another question:

Does it matter (regarding compilation), that I now and then have to change Input Locale (in Windows) from "," to "."? I need to do that, because of SBuilderX and gmax.
