No Traffic

   I have installed the 360 upgrade both with and without TrafficX installed and get no traffic in FSX

Tick what i want in traffic Movements and saved  file  do i have to move that file somewhere?.. black window appears with flashing cursure and that it .. no text or anything 

ran traffic compiler which shows 100% .. but green bar only half way across box and stay's there 

i must be missing something out but can't se what
