Hi
I have always been under the impression that the 146/300 series had an EFIS displays for the AH, HSI and engine instruments. So when I saw the publicity shots issued today I was a little surprised not to see any of the EFIS displays. I have now loaded the 300 series and see that the cockpit is exactly the same as the 200 series. My understanding is that the 300 was released in 1987 and at that time all 146's were made with the semi EFIS cockpit. Everything else remained the same ie same autopilot etc and that this was an update until the release of the Avro RJ. Am I mistaken in assuming that there were no 300's made with the older style analogue cockpit? Regards Nixon |

Thanks Reg
You were more successful than me in your search. I found a BAe document which wasn't much help. I too had read the QW PDF, as I own that add on too am glad that JF have modelled the "older version" as the QW one (if released) will be the more modern one. So I will have both. Regards Nixon |
