Does this problem in Prepar3d affect Traffic 360 users because if so this may answer why I am having difficulties seeing VFR traffic?

Yes, it definitely affects P3D.
Whenever you change the graphical settings from within Prepar3D, the IFROnly parameter gets filled with a non zero code. You have to manually change it back to IFROnly=0 in the Prepar3D.cfg.
You can avoid this by not accessing the options menu while in flight.

Thanks, Cornflex for that confirmation. Not seeing any VFR traffic in Traffic360 has been driving me nuts, I hope that Lockheed Martin sort this bug out in the next release of Prepar3d.
