VC buttons not working.

Posting some findings.

A couple of VC buttons that does nothing when clicked.
1) Mach button (clickable but nothing happens)
2) TCAS button (clickable but nothing happens)
3) Anti-Ice button (does not even say it's clickable in VC)
For these cases, I need to rely on 2D panel to activate.

There is a clickabe LOC button above the APP.  What does it do.
I think setting to VOR mode and VNAV already does the trick.
The LOC button is not clickable in 2D mode.

	loc and Nav usually required to lock on to GPS. johnep

	I found that I too must use the MACH button in the 2D cockpit because the VC button fails.
