I have a problem when transitioning from Nav to GPS when starting vectors for landing, the HSI compass freezes and will not move from the heading no matter what the aircraft is doing.  Does anyone else have this problem, or is there a work around?  Now when being vectored for approaches I am using the GPS to set my heading on the MCP.  I have also submitted a trouble report through tech support, but I cant be the only person this is happening to.

Another thing, the battery keeps on dying, at least that is what I think when it says off on the power button, but I have all of the electrical system (engine gens on) lined up correctly per the tutorial.

Problem solved. I changed the aircraft config file to allow power always available and now there is no problem.
