Great - every man and his dog will think they could do this. A+? I used to be a tutor for that course years ago - it means nothing IMHO. Tesco offering IT support? Great - they're going to put the pros out of business. There are already far too many people in this area as it is without adding to it. I'm a bit of a one-man clean-up crew. Other companies screw the job and I eventually get called in to fix it (no kidding!). I'm last on the list for two reasons: 1) I'm not the cheapest, 2) I do the job right the first time. How do I know #2 is true? Because all my customers come back to me. There's pushing buttons, then there is understanding what you're doing. Most fit the former. I'd like to see these people fix problems over the phone. That's the real test. Best regards, Vulcan. |
