Thought as the forum had been updated that it was about time I tried posting a quick screenshot.

Just doing some AI modifying at LHR and co-insided with the departure of SQ317 to Singapore. Tracked the flight and grabbed this shot as it was climinbg over London after depating 27L.

Nothing special just thought I would give it ago!

he he, No.

I think the model and textures were done by Mehlin Rainer. They are on avsim as freeware. I normally get models, textures and flightplans from sites like avsim and manually compile them into FS to create AI traffic.

Nice shot, how did you track it.  I really should update my AI to include the A380.

Well usually you can press ctrl+w to cycle though AI in your aircraft's area but because there was so much traffic to go through I followed it in slew mode on this occasion.

No, It is a freeware AI model from avsim. I think that it was designed and modelled by Mehlin Rainer (designed especially for AI traffic).

This one is part of my AI traffic so was not actually flying it, but there are flyable models out there (payware and freeware ones I beleive)

very nice, is it hard to add your own AI Mate? coz Traffic 2005 is not enough for me now, not the best AI out there lol

Takes a little time to get  going and fully understand what you are doing but when you get the hang of it there are no problems and it becomes second nature.

there are lots of useful read me files on the net on this subject and google searching will bring up some good references. The essential utility to start with is ttools by Lee Swordy (think you can download form avsim or flightsim). It comes with an excellent manual which is a good starting point. There is not too much damage you can do buy playing around with AI traffic so cant imagine you will destory your FS (as long as you have some computer knowlegeWink).

If you want to give it a go then I would really recommend downloading and reading the ttools manual as a starting point. You can also post a message or send me a PM iof yoyu get stuck!

Great shot, i shall be updating my AI to include the A380 soon aswell.

I too am one for the manual approach.

On that note keep your eyes peeled i have something coming for all to tempt into manual AI installation  Wink
