Flight Plans and Aircraft traffic issues!

   I was just wondering where are the flight plans for some of the Airlines, I've notice that there are some airlines on FSX that when I look for their flight plans on the traffic x program i can't find it, does anybody knows how to find those hidden flight plans, for example BAX Cargo flies daily to Puerto Rico, but I can't find the flight plan for this carrier.
Also, I've modified some of the flight plans on some airlines to make it more realistic on the game it was working fine and then now, i've notice that the aircraft are sitting on the ground and they don't move, I even speed up the game a little to see if they move but they don't move.
