You need to uplaod them to youtube, then either give the link or embed them (RAS has a tpic describing how) but embedding means they cannot be HD I think.

I think they can. However, due to some glitch, the HD box won't appear until you press play. I prefer to just set a hyperlink to the video so that people can view it in HD in full screen.

... i think uploading on youtube or vimeo would be the easiest.
