Thanks for the Heads up mate. Go to this every single year. I didn't go last year to to the 'Fee' they put on, i wasn't the only 1 who didn't go as they reported a lost in people that year that didn't go so this Year its going to be free again (Or so i hear).
Over the years the amount of noisey fast jets that used to show up there have really gone down due to the people who live there complaining about the noise, I love noisey jets so that news isn't good for me
 Any news on what planes might be showing up this year Chris? Any heavys?

No worries AirbusLad, I notice you live in Brighton which is handy, I have to make quite a trip
 Well this is the first time I will have gone, I totally forgot about its existance until I was invited. The main catagories according to the site are: RAF ARMY CIVILIAN & INTERNATIONAL MILITARY displays. If you click within these catagories you can see what going to be there, personally I'm glad to see the Battle of Britain memorial flight Naturally I'm sure there will be one or two no-shows. Not sure about this big birds, I did however noticed in the list the USAF KC135 Stratotanker. Sad to hear about the complaints, even if I hated aviation I think I would have to decency to put up with it for a few days a year. I too shall be there, the KC-135 went last year but it really only does one flyby!
I think it depends on what day you go on, I know an F-16 and a Spanish Herc went last year in the week however neither showed up when I did on saturday! H |

il be going, i loved the "Dhl 757" a few years back, he did a realy great display, and the oasis 747 was a nice big treat too, even up on beachy head you get some realy great views, ....... il be the one with a boxer dog, he loves planes too
