Changes in TCC not taking affect

   Hello all,

I'm not sure what i'm doing wrong, but any changes in TCC i'm making, i.e flight plan adding, removal, edits don't seem to work. I'm compiling them before I start FSX but still nothing is working.

Am i missing something obvious?! Any help would be much appreciated.
