This R44 is a very impressive model of the real world aircraft. There is one thing I cant figure out though; the manifold gauge. Maybe I have to change the mapping of my controls or something similar but throttle control seems eratic at best. With the govenor on, the machine should hold a steady rpm with little fluctuation of the manifold gauge (unless Im working the collective). Can someone tell me if this is a shortcomming of FSX (as the std R22 model also does this) or can it be addressed somehow?
If thats just how it is then so be it, but a more realistic manifold vacuum would be preferable. Cheers.

Hi Minigunmonk,
Yes - this is down to FSX I am sorry to say - the piston engine flight model for helis is not very flexible or tuneable.
