CLS 340-500/600...
Okay i few things....Ive just added new wing views to my 600 series and i want to do the same to my 500 series, but where do i add them!?!?! there isnt a panel config to do so for the 500 series like there is for the 600 series
And
Why is it that while i sit on a stand i can see the jetty in front of me while in the panel view (i dont use VC) when really its actually to my left and behind my shoulder?!?!??!

Easy way to add wingviews just edit the cfg, if you don't know how, I'd gladly help.
Say if you sent me the aircraft.cfg file I could edit it for you so you have wingviews in both aircraft or as an alternative, I could teach you

well the panel folder won't contain any wingviews, but maybe a icon/ button that you can use in 2d to select them, the aircraft cfg contains the (fsx) camera views, if your using fs9 then you'll need to edit the panel cfg, if not then its easiest to edit the aircraft cfg

One panel file covers all aliased aircraft...... Instead of writing one for each, they all share the named file in the alias. Sound is sometimes aliased in the same way and for the same reasons. Though this is sometimes to use a sound or panel file where none exists rather than to share a collective file in this case. Hope this is clearer than the proverbial mud!

In the same panel.cfg as the A340-600 I would think. (though I am not familiar with your wingviews, so hence the "I think")
The A340-500 uses the same panel as the A340-600.
