747-200 crashes

   I've recently purchased the FLite 747-200 and can't stop flying.  Unfortunately, when I'm coming into land, on touchdown, the undercarriage sometimes disappears below the runway which causes FS9 to tell me I've crashed.  Does anyone know why this happens and how I can fix it.

My approach speed is usually between 145-160 depending on fuel load.  The touchdown is very smooth but occassionally, the wheels just keep going down below the runway.
